The University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), Center for Virtual Learning(CVL) is organizing a 5 days training to equip participants with the skills, knowledge and techniques for designing and developing good websites without even being experts by using Open Source Content Management System (CMS) called Joomla! CMS 2.5.8
Joomla is an award-winning CMS, which enables people to build Websites, as well as Web based applications. A summary of course outline can be found from the College website: www.coict.udsm.ac.tz
Target Audience
- Individuals who would like to have their very own website.
- Owner of an existing Joomla website built by another 3rd party.
- SMEs and small businesses who wish to cut down the costs of web development projects and manage their own websites.
- Individuals who wish to be self-employed in Website development
- Web masters, website administrator, computer systems analysts, public relationship officers, communication officers and entrepreneurs.
Training fee: Tsh. 500,000/= (excluding breakfast and lunch)
